Our security container doors have been developed purposely for container conversions and modifications. Made from galvanised steel and featuring a fully welded frame and sealed joints, they offer easy installation when welding into a shipping container. An increased tolerance has also been factored in to allow for movement in the container during transit, or when sat on an uneven surface.
These doors are manufactured with 1mm galvanised steel door skins and 2mm galvanised frames and are supplied pre-powder coated, either finished or ready to be re-painted after installation.
Included in our doors is our trademark Genuine HOOPLY® multi point locking system. The locking system is protected with 2mm lock boxes and stainless steel tubes to protect the connecting rods. An adjustable latch keep is integrated into the strike plate and lock box for any final adjustments on-site.
The door leaf is insulated with a rigid mineral wool insulation board (180kg/m3) for increased insulation and rigidity. A full subframe and door closer reinforcing plate and additional corner struts are welded inside the door for additional strength and integrity.
Our container doors all comply with the UK Disability Discrimination Act by having a level stainless steel threshold with a maximum upstand of only 12mm.
