The construction matches our standard-duty single container door, with both doors manufactured from 0.8mm galvanised steel skins within a fully welded 1.4mm galvanised frame, with eight stainless steel ball-bearing hinges in total.
The frame can be face fixed externally, or fixed through the frame rebate using the adjustable wind out lugs. Matching powder-coated steel wall capping is also supplied.
Each leaf incorporates internal steel reinforcements and dog bolts at the hinge side. The inactive leaf is secured by shoot bolts around the threshold, so both doors lock as a single assembly.
Combined with mineral wool insulation, these doors deliver improved weatherproofing and acoustic performance.
Standard hardware is a flush lock handle on the active leaf, with a Dormakaba lever handle, knob or push bar available as alternatives. Finished in heavy-duty Surfmist white powder coat as standard, or any Colorbond colour to order.
