Our standard duty container side doors were designed specifically for container conversions and modifications. They are made of galvanised steel and have a fully welded frame with sealed joints. They are simple to install into a shipping container. To avoid racking, an increased tolerance has also been factored in.
Our container doors are made of 0.8mm galvanised steel door skins and 1.4mm galvanised frames. Polyurethane foam (also known as PU foam) is injected into the door leaf and frame for increased insulation and rigidity, and three stainless steel butt hinges hold the leaf in the frame.
They are supplied as standard with a flush lock handle and finished with a powder coat in wither Surfmist White or Woodland Grey colours, ready for installation.
