Our double security container side doors are designed for container conversions that require a wider opening than a single leaf allows. The two-leaf configuration provides clear, full-width access for moving equipment, racking and bulky loads, while offering the same level of security as our single security container door when closed.
Each door is manufactured from galvanised steel with a fully welded frame and sealed joints, ready to be welded directly into the container wall.
The doors are manufactured from double-skinned 1.0mm galvanised steel with a 1.8mm Galvanised Steel frame. 2 horizontal & 1 vertical reinforced bar are built into each door leaf
The active leaf is secured by our genuine HOOPLY® multi-point locking system, with 8 dog bolts and 8 Stainless steel ball bearing hinges in total.
Both doors feature mineral wool insulation to improve thermal performance and rigidity.
